The following statements comprise International Christian Faith Church’s Statement of Faith

  • We believe the Bible to be the inspired and only infallible, authoritative Word of God. 2 Timothy 3:15-17
  • We believe that there is one God, eternally existed in three Persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. 2 Corinthians 13:14
  • We believe in the deity of Christ, in His Virgin birth Matthew 1:23; Luke 1:31-35, in His sinless life Hebrews 7:26; 1 Peter 2:22, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father 1 Corinthians 15:3; 2 Corinthians 5:21, and in His personal return in power and glory. Acts 1:9, 11, 2:33; Philippians 2:9-11; Hebrews 1:3
  • We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful man, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is essential, and that repentance from sin and acceptance of Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior is the only way to come into a relationship with God. John 14:6.
  • We believe in the Baptism of the Holy Spirit to the believers to enable them to live a godly life, resist sin and be a witness for the Lord Jesus Christ. Romans 1:11; 2 Timothy 1:6,7 & 7:1
  • We believe in the grace of God for salvation, not based on human righteousness, but on the judicial act of God, by which the believer’s sin is imputed to Christ and the righteousness of Christ is imputed to the believer. Ephesians 2:8; 4:24
  • We believe in the eternal life of the believer and the eternal punishment of the unbeliever, based on each person’s acceptance or rejection of Christ as Savior and Lord. 1 John 5:11-13.
  • We believe that Salvation is threefold. We were saved (justification) when we first trusted Christ; we are being saved (sanctification) as the Holy Spirit to work on us: and we will yet be saved (glorification) as we share in the Lord’s final triumph. 1 Thessalonians 5:9
  • We believe that the method ordained of God for the support and spread of His cause is by giving of tithes and free will Offerings. Malachi 3:10; 2 Corinthians 9:7.
  • We believe experiencing Water Baptism, following our conversion to Christ. Matthew 28:19; Romans 6:4
  • We believe that divine healing from God is an integral part of the gospel deliverance from sickness is provided in the atonement (Christ’s suffering and death for our Reconciliations with God). Healing is a privilege of all believers.Isaiah 53:4-5; Matthew 8:16-17; James 5:14-16; Acts 28:8
  • We believe in the New Testament order and organization for the local church and in the authority of elders and deacons. Titus 1:5-9; 1 Timothy 3:1-15; Acts 20:17-25; 1 Peter 5:1-4
